Overview
Kalendr is scheduling software. This instance is operated by Krv Labs. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
What we collect
Account holders — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We also request access to your Google Calendar to read your availability and create or delete calendar events on your behalf.
Guests — When someone books a meeting through a Kalendr link, we collect their name and email address solely to create the calendar event and send a booking confirmation. This information is not used for any other purpose.
How we use it
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google API
Kalendr uses Google OAuth and the Google Calendar API. Our use of Google user data is limited to what is necessary to provide the scheduling service described above. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data storage
Account and booking data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore. Calendar events are stored in your Google Calendar. We rely on Google's infrastructure to operate the application and send notifications. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Access
Kalendr is an authorized-access application. Access is granted by the operator of the instance you are using. To request deletion of your data, contact the operator directly. When an account holder deletes their account, the associated guest booking data is also purged.
