These terms govern your use of Kalendr, scheduling software operated by Krv Labs for this instance. By accessing or using Kalendr, you agree to these terms.

Kalendr is a private application. Access is granted solely at the discretion of the operator. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. You may not share your credentials, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the service in any way not expressly permitted by the operator.

Kalendr integrates with Google Calendar via OAuth. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

We provide Kalendr as-is and make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by stopping your use of the service and requesting account deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krv Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kalendr, including missed meetings, scheduling errors, or data loss.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
